Safe, secure and easy payments.

We use GoCardless as our preferred payment method now. We think you'll find it easier to pay through GoCardless, and it allows us to keep our prices low and frees us to do what we know how to do best: keep your windows and gutters clean. 

Please note: GoCardless is our preferred payment method due to ease of processing and significant reduction of processing time and cost. From January 2023, all cleans NOT paid for via GoCardless will carry a £2 surcharge.

All you need to do to set up your payment is to enter your details on the secure GoCardless website.

GoCardless uses Automatic Direct Debit. This isn't a regular direct debit payments as for a subscription. The payments will only be taken from your account when a clean has been completed.

After your windows have been cleaned, you will receive a “windows cleaned” slip through your door. You will also receive an email from GoCardless stating the amount owed and that this amount is being requested from your bank to pay for you window cleaning.

We use GoCardless  system to take individual payment 7 days after each clean has taken place.

You can cancel any Direct Debit request at any time, by contacting us or GoCardless.

As any Direct Debit payment, using GoCardless is very convenient, safe and secure.

• You only need to set up the payment once. You won't have to remember to pay next time, and you won't need to take any time paying.
  
• You won't ever need to update payment details unless you change bank accounts.
  
• With GoCardless you are notified that a payment is coming out in advance, giving you the chance to raise any issues about the payment.
  
• With Direct Debit, your payments are legally protected. For example, in the UK, you are fully protected under the Direct Debit Guarantee, meaning you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund for any payment taken in error.
• You can cancel the Direct Debit mandate at any time, including through your online banking, immediately stopping future payments (although this will of course affect access to your services).
• GoCardless is ISO 27001 accredited (ISO 27001 is a widely recognised, internationally accepted standard for information security). It is also authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority to provide payment services as an Authorised Payment Institution across the European Union.
