How it works

  • Get in touch with some basic info about your property and we will send you a quote.
  • Don't forget to claim your special deal if you are a new customer! [LINK]
  • Let us know if you want us to start cleaning, and we will send you information on when the first clean is booked for. 
  • Once we clean your windows (or windows and gutters) you will receive a “windows cleaned” slip through your door with payment details. 
  • From the subsequent visits, we offer our customers a convenient and low-hassle way to pay using automatic direct debits. Read more about that here
  • We will clean your windows approximately every 6 weeks, to keep them in a great condition and looking bright. You will always get a text the night before, but if you need to cancel a clean, let us know in good time - the night before is too late.
  • An annual or semi-annual gutter clean needs to be booked separately, but we will send you reminders in good time. 
  • After the first couple of cleans, we will send you a quick follow up asking for feedback and whether you were happy with our service and what could be done better. 
  • Commercial clients will receive invoices via email. We can also provide those to domestic clients if required.
