Pure water
At Lemon General, we use highly filtered water for all our cleans. Our multi-level filtration specialised system uses reverse osmosis to ensure the water is free of sediment and other organic and mineral impurities. This way, the glass remains streak and spot-free upon cleaning.
Reach & wash pole system
The water purified using our 5-level filtration system is fed into a special telescopic pole with a 15m reach. The soft bristle brushes at the end of the pole are used to scrub away any dirt. Jets of crystal clear water rinse the glass clean.
Unlike a traditional window cleaner, our team don't need to climb on ladders, use scaffolding or carry out work-at-height at all. Our equipment allows us to work faster and safer, which results in a better value for money for our customers.
Optimised schedule
We believe that regular maintenance is the key to keeping your windows in top condition - and your property looking great. We have established that a 6-weekly schedule provides the best value for money: less than a monthly visit from a window cleaner is more affordable, but frequent enough to maintain top quality
No-hassle appointments & payments
Once you become a regular Lemon General customer, you will not need to think about booking your window cleaner: we will schedule a visit every 6 weeks, and for your peace of mind, send you a text message a day before to remind you that we are coming. We also offer a no-hassle direct debit payment option.
